Ambient vaporizer equipment is the use of natural convection air heating tube in the cryogenic liquid, make its medium completely vaporized to close to the ambient temperature of a kind of high efficiency energy saving heat transfer equipment also known as air temperature gasifier.

Application

1. Applicable medium: LNG, LPG, LO2, LN2 and other liquefied petroleum gas and liquefied natural gas.

2.Operating conditions suitable for ambient temperature 10°C or above (customized design is available for special environment temperature conditions).

3.Simple installation and easy maintenance: It can be installed on an independent base or installed on a skid as required by the customer requirement.

4.The product uses framed rhombic connection, and there is no need to weld between fins, which are fixed with special tools.

5.The star pipe is formed by integral mold, which make it more efficient, light weight and long service life, large spacing between fins, good ventilation effect and extremely fast defrosting. Special antioxidant treatment process is applied to the surface of heat exchange pipe, making its appearance more beautiful.

6.The pipe is welded with compensating structure between pipes, which can eliminate the stress caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction to the greatest extent. Moreover, the welding is uniform without porosity.

7.The products shall be subjected to pressure test in strict accordance with the standards before delivering from the factory, to ensure no leakage and other phenomena.
