In Hainan Tongka project, the original systemarchitecture is complex, with a large number of access stations and a largeamount of business data. In 2019, according to customer requirements, theone-card management system was optimized, and IC card management and gascylinder safety supervision were separated, thus optimizing the overall systemarchitecture and improving the overall system operation efficiency.

The project covers 43 filling stations and monitorthe cylinder refueling for more than 17,000 CNG vehicles and over 1,000 LNGvehicles. It has connected the six major gas companies of Dazhong, Shennan,Xinyuan, CNOOC, Sinopec and Jiarun, as well as the banks. More than 20,000 ICcards have been issued.
